You always have to be nervous about picking up a two-wheeled vehicle not knowing its history and putting on 3000 miles. We were met quickly by Baz and shown the bikes and educated on everything necessary for a safe ride.
We rented 5 Harley Davidson all Ultra Classics one 2015 - 2 16’s and 2-17’s. All five bikes were in great condition well maintained and comfortable.
Baz made sure we knew where we were going had everything we needed and took special time to make sure that we’re all comfortable with everything. We could not have asked for better care and planning to start this trip.
The bikes handled perfectly exceeded our expectations and the route Ali put together for us was more than adequate.
On the third day of our trip, we had an issue with the locking mechanism on one of the 2016 bikes. Baz flew into Christchurch picked up a new bike brought it to us took the other bike we had to a dealer for service. The next night he returned the bike having driven six hours to get it to us in our next town spend quality time with us had a few beers and then took a Santa ride the next day for three-quarters of the day adding additional excitement to the planned route. This far exceeded our expectations of customer service. We could not have been more pleased.
All in all, a 14-day trip was amazing due to the quality of motorcycles the route planned for us with hotels and recommendations of restaurants and places to stop.
I highly recommend this company to anyone considering renting Harley Davidson in New Zealand. This trip was well worth the investment we made with Bularangi motorbike tours.
