Brilliant NZ M/C Rental Company
Rode all round NZ on a lovely Harley StreetGlide. An armchair on wheels but still some fun in the twisties. Over 2,000 Miles covered accompanied by stunning scenery all the way. My trip was supposed to start in Auckland but without Ali from the company intervening and rescheduling my rental and flight I would have been scuppered by Cyclone Gabrielle. As it was my whole trip was reversed starting in the South Island and my holiday and tour saved. Many thanks to Ali and her colleagues who are all keen bikers and full of great advice for anyone who wants to just head off into the beauty of this country.

End to end wonderful
If I could give 6 out of 5 I would! Superbly organised, great bike setup, easy pickup and drop off and great accommodation on route. Can’t ask for more really, but we did anyway, and Ali was great advising us to rearrange our trip after our tour was over (Cyclone Gabrielle related) - that’s above and beyond! Definitely recommended and we’ll be back!

Excellent ride around both the islands
We love touring on a motorcycle and we have rented Harley-Davidsons at a number of locations all around the world. Whilst all of our rentals have been good, out of all of the places, so far, Bularangi were by far the best. The service we received from Ali and Baz was extremely professional. There was good communication, from Ali, all the way from our first enquiry through picking the bike up to (very) reluctantly handing back our Heritage Softail at the end of our trip. But the whole process also had a warm and friendly element to it that made it extra special. Baz is not just a nice guy, but a “real” biker too and obviously understands how to give a rental those extra “plus” points. He gave us a few good tips of the roads, the driving style in New Zealand and some super recommendations for places to eat or get coffee on our first ride to the Coromandel Peninsular. Our bike was immaculately clean when we got it (not so when we took it back 😮, sorry Baz ) and as well prepared as it could be. As a very high mileage rider, I could feel how well it had been maintained and everything about it, from the power delivery to the handling, inspired confidence. We enjoyed the entire length of New Zealand from Cape Reinga in the North to Bluff in the South and, in almost 7,000 kilometres, the bike never missed a beat. On some of the more challenging roads we sometimes found ourselves on, I knew I did not have to worry about what the Harley would do. If you want to see the staggering beauty of New Zealand for yourselves - either independently or on an organised tour, you would be crazy to pick anyone else !

Great Harley Trip in South Island NZ
Baz and Ali, thank you so much for making our trip to a truly amazing experience. From the start to the end you have excelled and provided as always with support whether before, during and also after our trip. You have provided us with valuable information and also helped us during our trip when questions came up. Super tour
OK what can I say about this company and owners? They are the best. Ali and Baz were excellent in making the tour and helping during the tour. The bike was extra clean with detailed navigation to each hotel and when we had minor issue with the rear tire losing air Ali and Baz got us the help we need and only minor delay in the trip. We picked the 3 star hotel option and they were exactly what we were looking for. Each hotel was smaller and we got the personal touch at each one. The owners of the hotels were great and made suggestions on what to do in their area and where to eat as did Ali. Then the trip itself was super also. The scenery and roads were some of the best in the world. Ali booked our hotels and gave us a navigation routes but we could deviate from that if we saw something we wanted to do and that is also what we wanted. If you do not like twisty roads do not go to New Zealand but if you do then this is the place for you as the Dragon in Tenn has nothing on the roads in New Zealand. I just cant say enough great things about Bularangi tours. Highly recommend them if you want to ride in New Zealand go to Bularangi tours and work with them.
